Overview
Vinoka was the first to produce Sparkling Wine Cooler Kits for the home winemaker. They contain only natural fruit flavours and fruit juice concentrates and are of unsurpassed quality. Experience the quality and flavour of Vinoka's 'LoneCactus' Wine Coolers. Our customers frequently comment, that Vinoka's 'LoneCactus' Wine Coolers are the best on the market. They are offered in 23 or 46 litre kits at your local U-Vin, U-Brew or Home Winemaking Store and, directly from Vinoka, for wineries. They are available in Peach, Cranberry, Wildberry, Raspberry, Strawberry, Kiwi, Blackberry and Black Cherry; or try our exotic flavours of Tropical, Pineapple-Orange, Citrus Dry, Hard Lemonade, Hard Cranberry Lemonade or Margarita. Our customers have also experimented by making wine coolers with Apple, Crabapple, Pear and Apple-Lime and have developed some fabulous beverages. In only 4 weeks, your Wine Cooler will be ready to enjoy!

Note: As in commercial coolers, some of our exotic 'LoneCactus' Wine Coolers contain fine fruit particles, they intensify the natural taste, and the finished product will appear denser or cloudier than cider or wine. This is normal!

Complete with instructions, each kit contains White* Grape Juice Concentrate for fermentation, Vinoka's Natural Fruit Flavour Mix, Yeast and other ingredients necessary for you to make a premium quality Wine Cooler. Besides equipment commonly used for home winemaking, you will need filtration, refrigeration and carbonating equipment, which is normally found in U-Vin and U-Brew shops. You will also need to supply the recommended amount of sugar, bottles and caps.

'LoneCactus' Wine Coolers are truly delicious, cool, crisp and refreshing. Serve them chilled. Once they are bottled they are ready to be enjoyed. Keep Wine Coolers in a cool, dark place. Shelf life is 4 to 6 months or longer if refrigerated. A 23L kit produces 46 bottles (500ml size). 46L kits are also available. Each kit produces 6% alcohol by volume.

Lone Cactus Wine Cooler Flavour Notes
	While a large range of the flavours are offered as a component of both the CiderPress Cider and the LoneCactus Wine Cooler kits, some of the flavours are traditional cider flavours and others are traditionally used for wine coolers only. Never the less, all of these flavours can be used to make either ciders or coolers. Many of our customers have made excellent coolers with Apple or Pear flavours, as well as fabulous ciders with flavours like Tropical or Pineapple-Orange. Our kits are offered the 'traditional' way. They can be requested in any combination.
	Do not refrigerate Vinoka's Natural Fruit Flavour Mixes. Keep them at 15-20°C (50-60°F).
	These flavour mixes are to be used for Ciders and Wine Coolers only, or for alcohol free, sparkling Fruit Drinks. They are not designed to make fruit flavoured wines or Breezes and are not interchangeable with components designed for Breezes.
	All CiderPress Ciders use the same apple juice concentrate base for all flavours, it is interchangeable with other cider or wine cooler flavours.
	Simultaneously, all LoneCactus Wine Coolers use the same white grape juice concentrate base, (except Black Cherry and Blackberry use a red grape juice concentrate base), and is interchangeable with other cider or wine cooler flavours.
	You may experiment with red concentrate base using other flavours as well!
	The difference between ciders and coolers is, that ciders are made with an apple-base and coolers are made with a grape wine-base.

Flavour Mixes
PEACH: The sweet, natural aromas and the creamy peach colors of this soft, tree-ripened fruit are fully transferred into rich, refreshing and deliciously balanced Peach Wine Coolers. They are a taste of summer all year round!

BLACK CHERRY: LoneCactus Black Cherry Wine Cooler encompasses the deep color and strong character of the special Black Cherry fruit. The rich and vibrant flavour marries well with a red grape concentrate base, which is offered in the delicious LoneCactus Black Cherry Wine Cooler. Experience all the pleasures of fresh cherries when you entertain with this refreshment.

WILDBERRY: An insatiable blend of northern berries, including the unique Loganberry, is found in this delicious Wildberry Wine Cooler. The Wildberry Wine Cooler, finished medium sweet, is very flavourful with the white wine base in our kits. It can also be made with a red wine base, with which it will be full and bold in character. Grab your parka! When you sip this frosty berry medley, you'll feel like you're in the North! Wildberry is also an excellent flavour in Cider.

APPLE-LIME: Apple, combined with the thirst quenching spice of Lime, makes the wonderful blend available in our Lone Cactus Apple-Lime Wine Cooler. Dry or medium dry, add a dash of Tequila, and enjoy this zesty sweet and sour combination with friends or family. Try our apple-lime cider too!

RASPBERRY: Raspberry's deep red, full, vine ripened flavour creates a delicate acid balance found in Vinoka's Raspberry Wine Cooler. Our kit contains a white grape concentrate base, but try it with red! They are excellent on their own or with chocolate desserts!

CRANBERRY: The Cranberry Wine Cooler is excellent for special occasions, festive turkey dinners and summer barbecues. This flavourshould also be tried with a red concentrate base! Tip: Cranberry, with its agreeable tart interior and intriguing crimson exterior creates a delightful Cranberry Cider.

BLACKBERRY: Blackberry is one of our natural fruit flavours that marry well with a red grape concentrate base, which is offered in the delicious LoneCactus Blackberry Wine Cooler. You'll love its comprising character and engaging fragrance.

PINEAPPLE-ORANGE: The Lone Cactus Pineapple-Orange Wine Cooler is an awesome combination of Pineapple, Tangerines and sweet Mandarins. Deliciously fresh and simple, it is sunshine caught in your glass. If you desire, fortify it with white rum or vodka for extra excitement.

HARD LEMONADE: Vinoka's Hard Lemonade Wine Cooler is just what you are imagining…refreshing lemonade with a kick. This slightly sour gold nectar of the Gods is thought to be a great source of vitamin C, but you won't find it at your local lemonade stand!
